Their sales have been growing constantly. The prfitability has been changing.

What do you think of Starbucks? Do you drink coffee?

What do you think of what you have been doing? Do you like what you do?

I'm always challenged when faced with a company like Starbucks which grows quickly, while at the same time seemingly continuing the same quality.

How do they do that?! How do they find and train and deploy good people to serve, manage, and lead each store? Why can they manage that with coffee, but other organizations don't seem to grow beyond what the owner or leader can manage by himself?

I am inspired by the reproducibility of Starbucks.
